Employability Workshop: Cascais hosted 4 intensive days of preparation for the professional future of 10 volunteers

It finished this Monday the Employability workshop, which took place between Friday (April 1st) – and Monday (April 4th) with the purpose of helping 10 young volunteers from Portugal, Hungary, Malta and Scotland to understand how they can strengthen their profile, using also their volunteering experience, to enrich their applications.

These 4 days were not only of intense work – from team-building and reflection activities to the analysis of case studies on critical thinking and practical workshops on how to write a CV – but there was also time to show to the foreign volunteers the best that Cascais and its surroundings have to offer: from a yoga class overlooking the sea to time for a snack with the beautiful view of Casa da Guia, to a visit to Ursa beach, where we picked up some rubbish, this Employability Workshop had a bit of everything.
