About YouthSportCV
YouthSportCV is a transnational initiative designed to boost young people’s employability, with a special focus on NEETs, by recognizing and certifying the soft skills acquired through sport. The project combines sport, youth, and employability sectors to create innovative tools and opportunities that help young people enter the labor market more confidently and effectively.
This project has the following general objectives:
- Promote recognition of soft skills developed in sport and their value for employment opportunities.
- Support young people, particularly NEETs, in showcasing their competences to potential employers.
- Create alliances between sport organizations, youth/social organizations, and employers in three pilot territories (Barcelona, Lisbon, Athens).
- Foster inclusion, gender equality, and digital transformation in youth employability programs.
