Youth Sport CV
About Youth Sport CV
Youth Sport CV was a transnational project focused on improving young people’s employability by recognising and certifying the soft skills developed through sport. The project placed special attention on young people who were not in employment, education or training, helping them identify the competences gained through sport participation and present them more confidently to potential employers.
The project connected the sport, youth, social and employment sectors to create innovative tools and opportunities for young people entering the labour market. Through pilot actions in Barcelona, Lisbon and Athens, YouthSportCV promoted cooperation between sport organisations, youth and social organisations, and employers, while also supporting inclusion, gender equality and digital transformation in youth employability programmes.
