Speak Factor

Sport Evolution Alliance has participated with a team of 2 Youth Workers in the European project “Speak Factor”. This is an international youth exchange and training course project which aims to gather 20 young people aged 18+ from 10 organisations from 9 different countries in Gandario – Spain, with the aim to learn how to really connect with an audience and develop the ability to communicate effectively in public. This Youth Exchange was based on non-formal learning methods and principles, inter-cultural dialogue and communication, including group discussions, interactive presentations, participant-led workshops, teamwork, among others.

Main Objectives

• Practising communication skills about the most various topics, from expressing our thoughts, sharing personal stories, presenting a project, convincing people, etc.
• Practising self-evaluation and giving constructive feedback.
• Developing self-confidence.
• Learning how to connect with an audience.
