Speak Factor

Sport Evolution Alliance has participated with a team of 2 Youth Workers in the European project “Speak Factor”. This international youth exchange and training course project aimed to bring together 20 young people aged 18+ from 10 organisations across 9 different countries in Gandarío, Spain, with the goal of learning how to truly connect with an audience and develop effective public communication skills.

Main Objectives

• Practise communication skills on a wide range of topics, from expressing thoughts and sharing personal stories to presenting projects and convincing others
• Practise self-evaluation and giving constructive feedback
• Develop self-confidence
• Learn how to connect with an audience
