ReScore
About ReScore
ReScore was a European project focused on improving the sustainability of grassroots football clubs by educating their key stakeholders on Circular Economy principles and the sustainability values connected to sport. The project aimed to support long-term change in local football communities through the development, implementation and dissemination of an innovative Circular Value Model for Grassroots Football Clubs, named CircuLite.
The project targeted coaches, managers and young football players aged 14 to 23 across 20 European communities, including remote areas, while also involving pupils aged 10 to 14 and primary school Physical Education teachers. By extending its activities to parents, supporters, community members and business stakeholders, ReScore promoted a broader culture of sustainability within and beyond the grassroots football ecosystem.
