ReScore

About ReScore

The overall aim of ReScore is to improve the sustainability of European grassroots football clubs by educating their key stakeholders in the Circular Economy (CE) and the sustainability values embodied in sport. This goal will be realised through the development, implementation, piloting, evaluation and dissemination of an innovative Circular Value Model for Grassroots Football Clubs (CirVM4FC) called CircuLite.

The project’s main target group includes coaches, managers and young club players aged between 14 and 23 in 20 European communities, including two remote ones. ReScore will also include pupils aged between 10 and 14 and primary school physical education teachers in its activities. In addition, the project will extend its impact beyond the club ecosystem, involving a secondary target group made up of parents, supporters, community members and business stakeholders.

Through comprehensive engagement and education, the project seeks to bring about lasting change and promote a culture of sustainability in the European grassroots football community.
