Mental Health From Peer To Peer
About Mental Health From Peer To Peer
Mental Health from Peer to Peer was an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Youth focused on raising awareness about youth mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, burnout, stress and emotional vulnerability. The project aimed to strengthen the capacity of youth organisations and NGO workers to support young people’s mental wellbeing through training, practical tools, peer-to-peer approaches and international cooperation.
The project brought together organisations from France, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Armenia and Sweden to develop mental health programmes, train youth workers with the support of psychologists, create awareness campaigns and reduce stigma around mental health. Through youth exchanges, toolkits, personal stories, ambassador activities and dissemination actions, the project aimed to build stronger support systems and encourage young people to become active promoters of mental health awareness in their communities.
