About FEARLESS
FEARLESS aimed to promote healthy lifestyles, personal development and eco-conscious living through outdoor and adventure-based learning. Taking place in Asturias, Spain, the project brought together young people from six countries to step out of their comfort zones, build resilience, develop soft skills and create meaningful connections through nature, sport and intercultural exchange.
Main objectives
- Raised awareness about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle;
- Promoted outdoor activities, adventure and connection with nature;
- Supported personal development, self-confidence and motivation;
- Improved soft skills and teamwork among participants;
- Developed eco-conscious attitudes and greener lifestyles;
- Encouraged resilience through challenges and non-formal education.
