About All Starts With You
All Starts With You aimed to support young people’s physical and mental health, personal development and connection with nature. Through outdoor activities, hiking, workshops and intercultural learning in Palencia, Spain, participants reflected on themselves, developed social and emotional skills, and explored how creativity, active living and healthy habits can improve personal wellbeing.
Main Objectives
- Improved young people’s social skills, communication and confidence;
- Supported emotional resilience and stress management;
- Raised awareness about the benefits of physical activity for mental and physical health;
- Encouraged connection with nature and outdoor activities;
- Promoted ecological awareness and greener lifestyles;
- Stimulated creativity as a tool for problem solving and personal growth.
