About Unstoppable
Unstoppable aimed to promote healthy lifestyles, personal growth and connection with nature through adventure-based outdoor activities. Taking place in Cantabria, Spain, the project brought together 44 young people from six European countries to overcome fears, build confidence, strengthen cooperation and develop resilience through sport, nature and intercultural learning.
Main objectives
- Promoted healthy lifestyles through sport and outdoor activities;
- Supported young people in overcoming fears and personal limits;
- Encouraged self-reflection, confidence and emotional resilience;
- Strengthened teamwork and cooperation through shared challenges;
- Created intercultural connections between young people from different countries;
- Promoted environmental awareness and learning through adventure.
