4me4all

About 4me4all

4me4all was a European project focused on making sport more accessible and using physical activity as a tool to promote both physical and mental health. The project highlighted the added value of practising physical activity in green environments, recognising its positive impact on adolescents’ mental resilience, wellbeing, self-esteem and social interactions.

The project focused on institutionalised adolescents at risk, a group that often faces challenges related to socialisation, emotional regulation, empathy and psychological wellbeing. Through green physical activity, mentoring and sports tutoring delivered by trained former elite athletes, 4me4all supported the development of social and emotional skills, aiming to create positive changes at personal, social, educational, health and professional levels.
