Speak Factor

Speak Factor aimed to help young people develop public communication skills and learn how to connect effectively with an audience. Taking place in Gandarío, Spain, the project brought together participants from different countries to practise self-expression, storytelling, project presentation, feedback and confidence-building through non-formal education.

Main Objectives

• Practised communication skills on different topics and formats;
• Developed public speaking and audience engagement skills;
• Strengthened self-confidence and self-expression;
• Encouraged participants to share personal stories and present ideas clearly;
• Practised self-evaluation and constructive feedback;
• Supported young people in becoming more confident communicators.
