About Dynamics Entrepreneurship
Dynamics of Entrepreneurship aimed to empower young people with entrepreneurial attitudes, skills and mindsets. Taking place in Mersin, Türkiye, the project brought together young people and youth leaders from three countries through non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, group discussions, teamwork and participant-led workshops focused on employability, entrepreneurship and personal development.
Main Objectives
- Explored youth unemployment and employability challenges;
- Analysed the situation, needs and barriers faced by young people, especially those with fewer opportunities;
- Identified obstacles to youth employability and ways to overcome them;
- Shared innovative tools, good practices and methods connected to entrepreneurship;
- Encouraged participants to develop entrepreneurial thinking and value creation skills;
- Supported participants in researching opportunities for employability and entrepreneurship in their local communities.
